Visit any Alter-Pharm branch and complete the Section 21 form. Our pharmacists create your patient account on the spot.

Get your prescription

Our pharmacists review your application and issue the correct prescription for your treatment.

Log in online

Use your new account to log into the website, manage your medication, and collect at your nearest store.

In 2019, before most people were talking about legal cannabis in South Africa, we opened Rooftop 420 in KwaZulu-Natal. A small cannabis dispensary built on a belief that plant-based medicine deserved a proper home.
